Graduating students at Don Bosco Socio-Technical Institute, Tezpur.
The Graduation Programme for the Spoken English Course at Don Bosco Socio-Technical Institute (DBSTI), Tezpur, was held on Thursday, 30th October 2025, in a joyful and dignified ceremony. The event marked the successful completion of the course by a group of enthusiastic students who were trained to enhance their communication skills and confidence in English.
The Chief Guest for the occasion was Mrs. Nayama, Jailor of the Central Jail, Tezpur. She was warmly welcomed by the Director of the Institute, Rev. Fr. Paul Rabha SDB, who expressed his gratitude for her gracious presence and for presenting the certificates to the graduating students.
In her inspiring address, Mrs. Nayama urged the students to hold fast to the ethical and moral values they have imbibed at the institute. Drawing from her experience as a jailor, she shared her concern about seeing many young people caught in conflict with the law and encouraged the graduates to choose the path of integrity and goodness. “Live life to the fullest and enjoy every moment with grace and dignity,” she exhorted, emphasizing the importance of discipline and moral strength.
The graduating students, in turn, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Don Bosco Socio-Technical Institute for providing them not only with language proficiency but also with life lessons and confidence that will help them move forward in their personal and professional journeys.
