On 30 August 2025, the Don Bosco School, Amguri, organized a Knowledge Fair – Science and Crafts Exhibition with great enthusiasm and participation. The event was graced by Dr. Jwngsar Mushahary, Assistant Professor, Department of Agriculture, Assam, Rangamati Chapar, Dhubri, as the Chief Guest, and Mrs. Gargi Mushahary as Guest of Honour.
The programme began with words of welcome by Rev. Anil Condpan SDB, Principal of Don Bosco School, Amguri followed by a soulful prayer dance presented by the students. The distinguished guests were felicitated with a gamosa and bouquets, a traditional gesture of respect and honour.
In their addresses, both the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour encouraged the students to “think big” and become role models for the younger generation. They expressed their joy at witnessing the talents and creativity of the children, praising the exhibition as an enriching and inspiring initiative.
Neighboring schools, including Don Bosco School, Ramfalbil, and St. Francis Xavier Higher Secondary School, Dotma, along with their Principals, actively participated in the event. Students from these institutions, along with parents and visitors, gained valuable insights from the wide array of exhibits.
The young presenters impressed everyone with their confidence and clarity while explaining their projects in Science, Mathematics, Physics, and Crafts. Their creativity, innovation, and practical knowledge left the audience deeply edified.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, and all the participating students were provided with snack packets as a token of appreciation. The Knowledge Fair stood as a proud moment for Don Bosco School, Amguri, showcasing the academic brilliance and creative spirit of its students. Congratulations were extended to the Principal, staff, and students for the successful organization of this meaningful exhibition
