Snehalaya, a prominent child rights and development initiative under Don Bosco, organised two workshops aimed at strengthening its organisational framework and sustainability goals.
The first workshop, focused on the Organisational Development Process, was held from 24th to 26th February 2025. The initiative aimed to chart a long-term plan to ensure the smooth functioning and efficient management of the Trust in the coming years.
Building on this momentum, a second three-day workshop was conducted from 17th to 19th May 2025, focusing on self-sustainability and strategic planning. The sessions were enriched by expert insights from Dr. Lukose Jacob, Theo, and Drakhyia Ranjan Gogoi from ChildAid Network, who facilitated discussions, provided valuable inputs, and guided the Board Members through a series of strategic exercises.
The event concluded with final reflections and concluding remarks by Fr. Provincial, who appreciated the collective effort and encouraged the team to move forward with renewed vision and commitment.
These workshops mark significant steps in Snehalaya Don Bosco’s journey toward becoming a more robust and self-sustaining organisation.
