An Exposure cum Friendship Program was joyfully conducted for the Lower Kindergarten (LKG) students of Don Bosco School, Sashipur, in collaboration with Dechen ECCD, Samdrupjongkhar Thromde from the Royal Government of Bhutan on 13 May 2025. The event was graced by the presence of Principal Dechen Wangmo, who personally accompanied the children for the program. This event aimed to promote early intercultural friendship, confidence-building, and social interaction among young learners through engaging activities.
The day was filled with vibrant energy as the children participated in a variety of fun and interactive sessions, including rhythm exercises, action songs, and outdoor games. These activities not only encouraged teamwork and creativity but also allowed the children to express themselves freely and form new bonds across borders.
The program was beautifully organized, with every activity tailored to suit the young participants’ developmental needs. The joyful atmosphere and the enthusiastic participation of both students and facilitators created lasting memories for everyone involved.
The event received widespread appreciation from staff, parents, and guests alike, highlighting the importance of such initiatives in nurturing global friendships from a young age. The day concluded with smiles, laughter, and new friendships that crossed classroom and country lines.
