On February 1, 2025, Satgaon Parish organized a one-day training program for Sunday school teachers from its 31 parish villages, bringing together 96 participants for a day of learning and reflection.
The training began at 9:30 AM with a Bible reading and prayer led by the Parish Priest of Satgaon. The sessions were animated by Fr. Charles Sangma, Fr. Alber Thyrniang, Fr. Justin Chinnaparaj, and Sr. Silsila Marak, who provided valuable insights on catechesis and teaching methods.
After lunch, a Sunday school teachers’ meeting was held, focusing on the active plan for the year to enhance religious education in the villages. The training concluded at 4:00 PM with a Holy Mass.
