The Don Bosco School, Bhooteachang on 26th January 2025 marked the 76th Republic Day with a vibrant celebration, featuring Fr. Barnabas Mardi SDB as the Chief Guest. The event was attended by the Principal and other dignitaries, along with staff and students.
In his address, Fr. Barnabas Mardi emphasized the importance of battling evil with strength and resilience. “We are always fighting with the evil one, and we have to win. The country is also fighting against its enemies and has developed weapons to defend itself. Similarly, we must develop the weapons to combat the evil forces that threaten our goodness in the world,” he said.
The celebration included a spirited march past by the students, as well as patriotic songs and dance performances, showcasing the students’ talent and love for their nation. The event concluded with a message of unity and commitment to upholding the values of the Republic.
