On December 27, 2024, Rev. Fr. Sebastian Kuricheal, SDB, Provincial of the Salesian Province of Guwahati, blessed the newly constructed chapel at the Don Bosco Pre-Novitiate House, Dotma. The new chapel, designed to accommodate a bigger praying space for the pre-novices, marks a significant milestone in the spiritual formation of the community.
The blessing ceremony was graced by the presence of Fr. Joseph Almeida, SDB, Director of the Pre-Novitiate, and Fr. Sebastian Edathumparambil, SDB, Rector and Parish Priest of Dotma Parish, along with other Salesians. The new chapel stands as a testament to the growth and dedication of the Don Bosco Pre-Novitiate House in nurturing the next generation of Salesian missionaries.
