Bosco Reach Out (BRO), in collaboration with ANMA Integrated Development Association (AIDA), Dimapur, organized the Human Resource Summit 2024 at BRO, Guwahati. The event brought together key stakeholders from the region to discuss employment strategies and opportunities.
Shri Arvind K., Assistant Director of the National Career Service Centre (NCSC), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Guwahati, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honor. The keynote address was delivered by Shri Sanatan Dad, Sub Regional Officer, NCS Guwahati, who highlighted critical aspects of employment facilitation in the region.
The event began with a warm welcome by Fr. Ignatius Gari, SDB, who introduced the audience to the functions and mission of Bosco Reach Out. This was followed by a presentation by Mr. Sebi Chacko, Coordinator of AIDA-JPN, detailing the Don Bosco Job Placement Network (JPN) and shared insights into BRO and AIDA JPN activities and statistics.
Participants engaged in a dynamic group discussion on strategies for collaboration in upcoming placement programs across the region. The summit saw active participation from over 20 representatives of 15 companies, alongside key collaborators, including the Employment Exchange Office, Guwahati, and Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, Guwahati.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Daniel Mardi, Coordinator of BRO JPN, acknowledging the participants and collaborators for their valuable contributions to the success of the summit.
