Don Bosco Institute (DBI), Kharghuli, marked the inauguration of its Silver Jubilee year with a simple yet meaningful program. Shri A. K. Absar Hazarika, IAS (retd.), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, reflecting on DBI’s impactful contributions over the last 25 years.
The event was attended by Rev. Fr. V. M. Thomas, SDB, the founding director of DBI, along with priests, sisters, and brothers who have played vital roles in the institute’s journey.
A highlight of the celebrations was the inauguration of the Jubilee Park by Shri Bhubaneswar Kalita, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, constructed to commemorate this milestone year. The event set the tone for a year of gratitude, reflection, and renewed commitment to excellence.
