Fr. V. M. Thomas SDB, from Don Bosco Technical School, Maligaon, recently conducted a leadership training program for 20 young potential leaders from Christ University and its affiliated institutions. The initiative, conceptualized by the Prior General, focused on fostering personal and professional growth, equipping participants with essential leadership skills to lead their institutions across the country in the future. The training, held in the serene surroundings of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, aimed to inspire and prepare these young leaders for impactful roles in their respective institutions.
