Bosco Mount Rongkhon came alive with music, color, and celebration as it hosted its much-awaited Annual Concert from October 10 to 12, 2025, featuring the musical adaptation of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice.
Over the course of three evenings, the Bosco Mount aspirants mesmerized audiences with their vibrant performances, energetic dances, and heartfelt acting that brought to life the timeless biblical story of Joseph, a tale of jealousy, betrayal, forgiveness, and love triumphing over hatred.
The event opened on October 10, drawing an enthusiastic crowd comprising members from St. Peter’s Minor Seminary, Don Bosco Rongkhon Boys’ Hostel, Convent girls from Rongkhon and Ganol, Mamma Margaret Bosco, and several priests, brothers, sisters, and invited guests.
The second evening on October 11 welcomed participants and visitors from Don Bosco College Tura, Garobadha Hostel, Don Bosco Mendal Hostel, and nearby localities, while the final day on October 12 witnessed the joyful presence of Auxilium Girls’ Home, Boys’ Home Tura, Jesus Youth Tura, parish youth, and many parishioners.
Each night, the Bosco Mount auditorium was filled with cheers, applause, and laughter, as the audience was drawn into a world of color, rhythm, and emotion. The production showcased the aspirants’ remarkable talents, blending music, dance, humor, and drama into an unforgettable performance.
“The concert was not just entertainment,” one guest remarked, “but a powerful message of reconciliation, hope, and divine providence.”
The Annual Concert stood out as a celebration of youthful creativity, teamwork, and faith, reminding everyone of the beauty of forgiveness and unity. The aspirants’ dynamic presentation, brimming with energy and joy, left the audience spellbound and inspired.
