A four-day Charismatic Retreat was held at the Pre-Novitiate, Dotma, bringing together young aspirants on a spiritual journey of renewal, healing, and deep encounter with the Lord. The retreat, held from July 10 to 13, 2025, was centered on the theme drawn from Isaiah 43:1 “I have called you by name, you are mine.” The retreat preacher is Rev Fr Thadeaus Kujur SDB.
The retreat began on the evening of July 10th with an introductory talk, followed by adoration and evening prayer. Over the next two days, the participants engaged in a series of spiritually enriching activities including meditation, morning jobs, talks, confession, Holy Mass, and healing sessions. Each day concluded with adoration, rosary, and a good night talk, creating an atmosphere of deep contemplation and personal connection with God.
The highlight of the retreat was the Healing Prayer Service and the Thanksgiving Holy Mass on July 13th, marking the culmination of the retreat. The Word of God echoed powerfully through the scripture theme from Hebrews 10:9: “Here I am Lord, come to do your will.”
With hearts filled with gratitude, the retreatants left spiritually renewed, reaffirming their commitment to follow Christ with deeper faith and zeal. The Charismatic Retreat was a true celebration of the Spirit, reminding each participant: “Praise the Lord, my soul!”
