We must ensure we connect with our students on a personal level, providing them with the guidance and care they need,” he remarked.
Rev Fr. Sebastian also stressed the importance of discipline, maintenance of school infrastructure, and proper record-keeping, urging the Principals to ensure that schools are well-maintained both inside and out. He encouraged a strong connection with students, particularly in the primary sections, and the need to instill core values early on in their education.

- Advance the Don Bosco School Excellence Mission (DBSEM) with innovative changes.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sisters in the schools.
- Give special attention to younger students in lower classes, as they will be the future caretakers of the institution.
- Commit to running the school with excellence, ensuring that the tasks are completed effectively.
Fr. Sebastian also commended the Principals for their excellent results, recognizing the collective effort that led to such achievements.
