The Crucifixion Scene enacted at the Hubert D' Rosario Aspirantate on Good Friday.
On April 18, 2025the sacred occasion of Good Friday, Salesian communities and parishes across the Province came together in faith and reverence to commemorate the Passion and Death of Jesus Christ through the solemn observance of the Way of the Cross.
At the Hubert D’ Rosario Aspirantate in Sirajuli, the Parishes of Shallang, Gojapara, and Barpeta Road, and in all other Salesian parishes, the faithful accompanied Jesus along His sorrowful journey to Mount Calvary, reflecting deeply on His love and sacrifice. The enactments were marked by well-prepared animations, meditative prayers, and devout participation, drawing large congregations into the mystery of Christ’s suffering and redemptive death.
Each station along the Way of the Cross served as a moment of grace, where the people—young and old—offered their hearts in silent reflection, penitence, and gratitude. The Holy Week Services, culminating in the Good Friday commemorations, were offered to the Almighty in humble devotion.
