Rev. Fr. Sebastian Kuricheal SDB, Provincial of the Salesian Province of Guwahati and others at the flag hoisting ceremony to commemorate the Republic Day of the nation.
On 26th January 2025, the Don Bosco Provincial House in Guwahati joined the nation in celebrating the 76th Republic Day with great patriotism and fervor. Rev. Fr. Sebastian Kuricheal SDB, Provincial of the Salesian Province of Guwahati, unfurled the National Flag during the celebration held on Sunday.
In his address, Fr. Kuricheal emphasized the importance of praying for the peace and prosperity of the country, especially during these challenging times. He urged everyone present to dedicate themselves to the service of humanity through unwavering commitment and dedication.
The solemn occasion witnessed the rendition of the song of Rabindranath Tagore ‘Where the Mind is without Fear’ and the National Anthem.
