On January 17, 2025, the Federal Bank, under its CSR initiative Federal Academy, distributed tailoring machines to Don Bosco Institute, Kharghuli, and its students undergoing the tailoring course. The initiative aims to empower students with the tools to enhance their skills and foster self-reliance.
The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Rev. Fr. Cletus Sebastian SDB, Executive Director of DBI, and Rev. Fr. John Rabha SDB, Associate Director of DBI. Representatives from the Federal Bank included Mr Abu R.S., Kolkata Zonal Head; Mr Noyal Baby, Guwahati Regional Head; Mr. Amruthraj Josy, Guwahati Branch Head; Mr. Titto Anto, Relationship Manager, Guwahati Branch; and Mr. Atul Shukla, Quality Service Officer, Guwahati Region.
The students expressed heartfelt gratitude for the training and resources provided by Don Bosco Institute, which have equipped them with skills for a brighter future.
