The Provincial House community, led by Rev. Fr. Charles Deepen Lakra SDB, Rector, visited the grave of Rev. Fr. E.P. Augustine SDB on March 6, 2026, to offer prayers for the repose of his soul on the occasion of his first death anniversary.

Fr E.P. Augustine, who passed away on March 5, 2025, was remembered with gratitude and prayer by the Salesian community. While the Holy Mass for the repose of his soul was celebrated on March 5, 2026 at Don Bosco Technical School, Maligaon, the Provincial House community gathered the following day at his grave to continue the remembrance through prayer.

During the visit, the community prayed the Holy Rosary and offered special prayers for the eternal repose of the departed Salesian. The prayer service was led by Fr. Charles Deepen Lakra and was attended by the Salesians and the staff of the Provincial House.

The gathering was simple yet deeply meaningful, reflecting the spirit of fraternity and gratitude as the community came together in prayer, remembering the life and dedicated service of Fr Augustine and entrusting his soul to God’s eternal mercy.
