On 01 August 2026, a One-Day Teachers’ Animation Programme was successfully organized for the teaching staff of Don Bosco School, Sashipur, and Don Bosco School, Kumarikata, bringing together educators for a day of professional enrichment, collaboration, and renewed commitment to quality education.

The programme was animated by Mr. Anand Toppo, Teacher Trainer, Government of Assam, who conducted a series of engaging and insightful sessions on effective teaching methodologies, classroom management, learner-centred pedagogy, and continuous professional development. Drawing from his extensive experience in teacher education, Mr. Toppo encouraged participants to adopt innovative and inclusive classroom practices that foster active learning, critical thinking, and holistic student development.

Throughout the sessions, teachers actively participated in discussions, group activities, and practical demonstrations, making the programme highly interactive and relevant to their daily classroom experiences. Nicodim expressed his gratitude to Mr. Anand Toppo for generously sharing his expertise and taking time to animate the teaching staff of both Don Bosco institutions. He also appreciated the presence and enthusiastic participation of the teachers, stressing that continuous formation is essential for educators to remain effective, relevant, and committed to their noble vocation.

The animation programme provided an excellent platform for teachers from both schools to learn together, exchange ideas, and strengthen professional collaboration.
