The newly professed Salesians along with Provincial Rev Fr Sebastian Kuricheal SDB on Sunday 25th May 2025.
A spirit of joy and gratitude marked the Sunday evening of 25th May 2025 as the newly professed Salesians of the Guwahati Province were warmly felicitated at the Provincial House. The event was graced by Rev. Fr. Sebastian Kuricheal, SDB, who congratulated the young clerics for their generous and courageous response to God’s call.
In his address, Fr. Kuricheal commended the young Salesians for their bold ‘Yes’ to the Lord and encouraged them to remain steadfast in their vocation. “You will certainly face challenges in religious life,” he remarked, “but always trust in the Lord. He will give you the courage you need to persevere.”
Adding to the celebration, the newly professed Salesians from the Province of Shillong were also felicitated, symbolizing unity and shared commitment among the Salesian family.
The evening concluded with words of encouragement and fraternal support as the clerics prepare to continue their philosophical studies and journey deeper into Salesian religious life.
