On March 20, 2025, the Don Bosco Institute (DBI), Kharghuli, came alive with colors and culture as it hosted the 38th IGNCA Foundation Day Celebration with a grand event titled “Colourful Northeast: A Cultural Extravaganza.”
Held at the DBI Amphitheatre, the event showcased the rich and diverse heritage of Northeast India through breathtaking performances, including the Manipuri Basanta Raas Leela, Sattriya Dance, and other traditional displays.
Gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest was Shri. Oinam Sarankumar Singh (IAS), whose presence added prestige and inspiration to the celebration.
