On 21st June 2025, theDon Bosco Institute (DBI) at Kharghuli celebrated the International Day of Yoga with great enthusiasm and mindfulness, bringing together students, faculty, and staff for a rejuvenating and inspiring session. The highlight of the event was the presence of renowned Yoga Guru Dr. Gautam Choudhury, who led the session with deep insights and expert guidance.
The yoga programme featured a harmonious blend of asanas, pranayama, and meditation, aimed at promoting physical health, mental clarity, and inner peace. Dr. Choudhury also delivered a talk on the holistic benefits of yoga, emphasizing its transformative impact on the body, mind, and soul.
The occasion was further enriched by the gracious presence of esteemed faculty members Prof. Arup Hazarika and Prof. Rakhi Moral, who encouraged everyone to integrate yoga into their daily lives and pursue a path of wellness and mindfulness. Rev Fr Cletus Sebastian SDB, Executive Director of Don Bosco Institute welcomed the gathering and wished the best to the yoga session.
