The community members of Don Bosco Provincial House gathered at the tomb of Fr. C.V. George on his second death anniversary.
On Friday, 11th April 2025, the community of the Provincial House gathered at the Christian Cemetery in Uzanbazar to commemorate the second death anniversary of Rev Fr George Chittappanatt (CV), SDB. The solemn visit was marked by prayer and heartfelt remembrance for a Salesian who had selflessly served the poor and the marginalized.
The community members offered the Holy Rosary for the repose of his soul, recalling with affection and gratitude the many contributions Fr George made to the Province of Mary Help of Christians and to the wider Christian community. His legacy of compassionate service continues to inspire those who knew him.
Rev Fr Bivan Rodrigues Mukhim, SDB, Vice Provincial, officiated the memorial service and led the prayers. He also blessed the grave of Fr George, where his mortal remains now rest in peace.
