The three-day camp was marked by engaging sessions, joyful community life, spiritual nourishment, and cultural expression. There were 110 participants at the Youth camp.<\/h3>\n<p>The camp was formally inaugurated on 18<sup>th<\/sup> July by the Youth Leaders of Umswai, following registration in the morning. The opening day featured a dynamic session titled <em>\u201cPilgrims of Hope\u201d<\/em> by Br. Sunit Ekka, group activities, and a Holy Mass celebrated by Fr. Jose Perunneparampil SDB, Rector, culminating in an evening of Camp Fire and Night Prayer that set the tone for a reflective and joyful gathering.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, 19<sup>th<\/sup> July, began early with meditation and morning Mass celebrated by Fr. Cherak Sangma, Asst Parish Priest. The youth participated in enriching sessions such as <em>\u201cChallenges for the Youth\u201d<\/em> by Fr. Saju Kariyil SDB and <em>\u201cPersonality Development\u201d<\/em> by Br. Aswin. Sr. Meladaris and Sr. Rishailani engaged the campers in reflective discussions on <em>\u201cKnowing Your Church\u201d<\/em> and the <em>\u201cPros and Cons of Social Media.\u201d<\/em> The evening was alive with preparations for the cultural programme, praise and worship, and adoration, allowing participants to deepen their relationship with God. The day concluded with a Recollection talk by Fr. Cherak Sangma SDB and solemn benediction.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, 20<sup>th<\/sup> July, the youth welcomed the final day with a fresh spirit. After morning prayer and singing practice, the last formation session titled <em>\u201cBreaking Barriers and Good Friends vs. Toxic Friends\u201d<\/em> by the Brothers left a strong impression on the young minds. The concluding Holy Mass was presided over by Fr. Saju Kariyil SDB, Principal of Don Bosco School Umswai. A vibrant cultural programme followed, during which the youth showcased their talents through song, dance, and skits.
