Punit Kumar Lakra SDB, Principal of the school, addressed the gathering, highlighting the National Flag\u2019s deep significance as a symbol of unity, pride, and the sacrifices made by countless freedom fighters. \u201cThe Tiranga is not merely a piece of cloth it embodies the sovereignty, ideals, and values of our great nation,\u201d he reminded the students.<\/p>\n<p>Following this, Vice Principal Fr. Anmol Soreng SDB elaborated on the history and meaning of the flag, noting that it was adopted on 22 July 1947 and designed by Pingali Venkayya.
