The twenty-two pre-novices of the Province are attending their three-day First Annual Spiritual Retreat (Charismatic Retreat), which commenced on the evening of 8 June 2026. The retreat is being preached by Rev. Fr. Thadeus Kujur, SDB<\/strong>, who brings with him a rich spiritual experience, inspiring reflections, and the Word of God to guide the young pre-novices in their journey of faith and vocational discernment. Through prayer, reflection, praise and worship, and spiritual conferences, the retreat aims to deepen the participants’ relationship with the Lord and strengthen their commitment to their Salesian vocation.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Welcoming the retreat preacher, Rev. Fr. Mackley Augustine Gomes, SDB, Director of the Pre-Novitiate House, expressed his gratitude to Fr. Kujur for accepting the invitation to animate the retreat. He encouraged the pre-novices to make the most of these grace-filled days by spending quality time with the Lord, listening attentively to His Word, and opening their hearts to the promptings of the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The retreat provides a valuable opportunity for the pre-novices to step away from their regular routine and immerse themselves in prayer, silence, and spiritual renewal. It is expected to help them grow in their understanding of God’s call and prepare them for the next stages of their formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The First Annual Charismatic Retreat will conclude on the morning of 12 June 2026, leaving the participants spiritually enriched and renewed in their vocation journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
