The Don Bosco Institute (DBI), Kharghuli, celebrated the Graduation Ceremony of the 3rd Batch of Hospitality 2026 on 11 May 2026 with great joy and enthusiasm. A total of 34 students successfully completed their hospitality training programme and graduated in the presence of faculty members, guests, parents, and well-wishers.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The programme was graced by Mr Simon Samuel, the newly appointed Branch Manager of Federal Bank, Fancy Bazar, as the Chief Guest of the day. Addressing the graduating students, Mr Samuel encouraged them to dream big and move beyond their comfort zones in order to achieve success in life. He reminded the students that growth begins only when one is willing to take risks, face challenges, and remain determined despite failures and difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He further stated that the hospitality industry demands discipline, patience, communication skills, and a positive attitude. \u201cSuccess does not come overnight. It comes through perseverance, hard work, humility, and the willingness to learn every day,\u201d he said. He also advised the students to maintain integrity and professionalism in their workplace, stressing that honesty and dedication are qualities that will always distinguish them in their careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr Samuel encouraged the graduates to use their talents not only for personal success but also to become responsible citizens who can contribute positively to society. He appreciated Don Bosco Institute for equipping young people with skills and values that prepare them for the competitive world of employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier, Rev. Fr Cletus Sebastian SDB, Executive Director of Don Bosco Institute, warmly welcomed the gathering and congratulated the graduating students for their successful completion of the course. In his address, Fr Cletus expressed pride in the achievements of the students and thanked the trainers, staff members, and parents for their constant support and encouragement throughout the training journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fr Cletus also encouraged the students to remain confident and adaptable in the face of challenges. He noted that the world today is highly competitive, but those who are committed to continuous learning and personal growth will always find opportunities. He wished the graduates success and assured them that DBI would always remain their home and source of inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He thanked the fathers, sisters, staff members of the institute who guided the successful students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
