The inauguration of the new academic session for Class XII at Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Chapaguri was held on 23 April 2026 with great enthusiasm and solemnity. The programme began by invoking God\u2019s blessings, seeking divine guidance for a fruitful and successful academic year ahead.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The ceremonial lighting of the lamp was carried out by Fr. Abhilash VJ, Principal, Fr. Cyriac VA, Campus Minister, along with three student representatives. The lighting of the lamp symbolized the dispelling of darkness and the beginning of a journey filled with knowledge and wisdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The welcome address was delivered by Fr. Abhilash VJ, Principal who warmly welcomed the students to the new academic year. He also unveiled the theme for the year: \u201cStrive for Excellence, Shine with Integrity.\u201d In his inspiring message, he exhorted the students to live the theme in their daily lives by working hard, maintaining discipline, and upholding honesty and moral values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fr. Cyriac VA then addressed the students, motivating them on the importance of Class XII as a decisive stage in their academic journey. He also cautioned them about the distractions and challenges of the year, urging them to remain focused and committed to their studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miss Sujata Chhetri, one of the faculty members, also encouraged the students to stay motivated, determined, and consistent in their efforts throughout the year. She reminded them that perseverance and positive thinking are key ingredients for success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme was followed by an oath-taking ceremony, where all the students solemnly pledged to remain sincere in their studies, disciplined in conduct, and faithful to the values of the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inauguration ceremony concluded on a joyful note with a hymn in honour of Don Bosco, seeking his blessings and guidance for the academic year ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme marked a meaningful and inspiring beginning for the Class XII students as they embark on an important chapter of their educational journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
