The programme was animated by Rev. Fr. Bivan Rodrigues Mukhim, SDB, who served as the Resource Person for the training.<\/h3>\n<p>The sessions focused on enhancing <em>Effective Communication Skills in the Classroom, Teamwork, Qualities of Good Teaching, Supporting Slow Learners,<\/em> and <em>Group Efficiency<\/em>. Through a series of interactive workshops and practical insights, educators were equipped with essential tools to foster a more engaging and impactful learning environment.<\/p>\n<p>The teachers participated with great enthusiasm and commitment, making the most of the opportunity to upgrade their professional competencies.
