Cletus Sebastian, SDB<\/strong>, who urged participants to embrace fresh ideas and collaboration. \u201cLet this conference be a tapestry of thoughts, dreams, and dialogues that awaken a new spirit of leadership in each of us,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n<p>Keynote speakers <strong>Dr. Debabrata Das<\/strong> and <strong>Fr. Sebastian Kuricheal, SDB<\/strong>, set the tone for the three-day event, sharing research and real-world examples of how teachers can become catalysts for innovation in their classrooms and communities. Dr. Das highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence in leading school teams, while Fr. Kuricheal emphasized the role of values-based pedagogy in nurturing student potential.<\/p>\n<p>Over the next two days, attendees will engage in panel discussions, hands-on workshops, and networking sessions designed to equip them with strategies for inclusive leadership, digital literacy, and curriculum design.
