The initiative aimed to chart a long-term plan to ensure the smooth functioning and efficient management of the Trust in the coming years.<\/p>\n<p>Building on this momentum, a second three-day workshop was conducted from 17<sup>th<\/sup> to 19<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0 May 2025, focusing on self-sustainability and strategic planning. The sessions were enriched by expert insights from Dr. Lukose Jacob, Theo, and Drakhyia Ranjan Gogoi from ChildAid Network, who facilitated discussions, provided valuable inputs, and guided the Board Members through a series of strategic exercises.<\/p>\n<p>The event concluded with final reflections and concluding remarks by Fr.
