History
The Provincial House formed one single community with Don Bosco school, Guwahati, till 1992, when both the communities were canonically separated. Situated in adjacent compounds, the provincial house, besides being the centre of animation and governance for the province, has served and continues to serve as a transit house for those who come to Guwahati, the main air, rail and road hub of NE India, for onward journeys.
